Roll out of the IGP/IhRIS Employee Self Service Module (ESS) and Digitalization of Pay

All Public Servants and Contract Employees who are being paid through IHRIS are encouraged to carefully read the flyer below as it relates to the Digitalization of Pay. At the bottom of the flyer you will be provided with the link to create your ESS Profile.  

Link to Create your ESS Profile : https://ess.ihris.gov.tt:7150/ess/signon.html The deadline date to create your ESS Profile is 25th July, 2022. Kindly inform the Human Resource Unit @ the following email address iHrisESS.MYDNS@gov.tt that you have completed the process to create your ESS Profile and verified your Personal and Banking Information. The required forms are attached for your utilization as necessary. Attached to this email is also an ESS instruction manual that can be used for guidance. For further guidance and assistance on how to create the ESS profile, contact Ms. Morissa Sant, Clerk II, Human Resource Unit, at extension 1220 or Mr. Andre Ramkissoon, Clerk II, Accounts Payroll Section at extension 1316.
