How to Request IT Services

In keeping with the ICT Unit efforts to improve and streamline our Service Delivery we would like to reintroduce to you our ServiceDesk Ticketing system. ALL request for ICT services must have a ticket. If you call the HELP line your would be asked questions to detail your issue/request. You will then receive an email from the ServiceDesk ticketing system with your ticket number.

Additionally we ask that when you are emailing a request please do so at servicedesk.mydns@gov.tt. This is the primary mode of requesting ALL ICT Services. This will help us keep track of all request and you will have a reference number with which to refer to should there be a need for follow ups. It also helps the ServiceDesk better organize and distribute our limited resources to better serve you.

We ask ALL of you, to please make your request via the ServiceDesk email. Our team stands at the ready to serve you and deliver quality ICT service.
